Prof. Dr. Steffi Pohl is looking for a research assistant (65%) to work with in a research project on the development of a framework for Bayesian analyses of data from large-scale-assessments. Within the framework the different methodological challenges (e.g., longitudinal data, hierarchical structure, missing values, measurement models) shall be simultaneously be accounted for.
